What equipment do I need?
Just a computer with a microphone and internet connection. The computer runs the control panel in the browser. For on-screen subtitles, connect a second screen or projector. No special hardware or interpreter booths needed.
How accurate is the translation?
StartSync uses Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Google Translate, which provide high accuracy for most languages. Best results come with clear speech, a good microphone, and minimal background noise. For critical medical or legal content, we recommend having a human reviewer alongside.
