Create the event, add rooms, and import the full schedule from a CSV: sessions, speakers, durations. Everything becomes functional immediately, with zero manual setup.

The technician uploads presentations via Crew Upload — drag & drop, distribute to rooms with one click, auto-download to room laptops. Or speakers upload themselves via Self-Upload: they receive a dedicated link and upload their presentation directly, without involving the tech team.

When you advance to the next presentation on Room Display, everything happens automatically: the timer starts with the allocated duration, the speaker name appears on the digital lectern, and the door agenda updates. Zero manual intervention.
